It might currently seem as if (so to speak) the wind is blowing in a highly specific direction, prompting us to rush forward without delay; I suspect, however, that this New Moon may be inviting us at minimum to take time for reflection, ground ourselves, and listen to our bodies and hearts, which offer better information than late-stage capitalism would have us believe.

As the final sign of the zodiac, Pisces symbolically represents the last stage in the journey from individual to collective, from mortal to divine; though in practice it is virtually never that simple. Multiple cycles must pass, numerous quests undertaken, before we susceptible humans are ready to shrug off our material attachments and don the cloak of eternal light and wisdom.

There are times when the world seems upside down, everything good and beautiful is in peril, and reality is being deliberately muddied. In such an environment, we are called to retain a firm hold on the truth, and on our ethical understanding. This in itself is resistance.
